DYNAMICSTM
A training/process that enables participants to transcend
increasingly difficult communication factors between individuals who
desire mutually beneficially results. Will enable participants to
improve individual and team approaches to projects and to create a
synergistic environment within an evolving organization.

FOR EXECUTIVES
A six-hour meeting that contains elements of Strategic Planning and
the creation of a new direction based on development of a Corporate
Mission Statement. Implementation of Employee Behavioral and
Performance Standards based on perceptions that may need to be
changed of management, employees, or the company. It also explores
more effective communications within the organization to enable
employees to work together and with management to better meet
organizational goals.

GOAL
SETTING/ACTION PLANNING
This course will enable participants to incorporate the achievement
of long and short-term goals into daily tasks, effectively utilizing
resources and personnel. Goals can be written that exhibit quantity,
quality, and a way to measure progress and completion. Also creates
techniques to produce employee's commitment to goals.

APPRAISAL
INTERVIEWING: Managers and Supervisors will be able
to incorporate a working knowledge of EEO laws and corporate
policies. Employees will be selected whose skills and potential will
propel the organization toward the company's Mission and Goals.
PERFORMANCE REVIEW: Managers and Supervisors will
be able to develop, communicate and implement performance standards
in a way that will instill in each employee an accountability for
his/her performance. It also enables participants to create an
environment for the greatest individual and collective success.

BUILDING, LEADERSHIP/DELEGATION AND FOLLOW-UP
This course will enable participants to understand the impact that
leadership, team building, delegation, and follow-up has on their
job. It includes the understanding of personality styles and the use
of this information to more effectively communicate to employees.
Knowledge will facilitate team composition and team evolution.

This course will enable participants to understand the differences
between coaching and training, learn appropriate skills for each and
knowledge about when to apply either or both in pursuit of excellent

performance and seek new skills.
