Ralph Jardine is the Executive Director of
the Runners' Club, an advanced entrepreneurial development program that assists
African American entrepreneurs to build and develop large-scale businesses. Mr.
Jardine manages all day-to-day operations and development activities for the
program.
Mr. Jardine is a Co-founder of DAREMEDIA Inc., a
start-up media publishing company. Prior to joining the Runners' Club and
creating DAREMEDIA, Mr. Jardine was a Manager with Ernst & Young's Strategic
Advisory Services Practice. He developed competitive strategies for Fortune 500
clients in the areas of sales and marketing, operating model design, and the
Internet. Prior to joining the strategy practice, Mr. Jardine was a performance
improvement consultant, where he helped clients identify and implement operating
efficiencies resulting in cost reductions.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Mr. Jardine
was the Manager of Planning and Special Projects for Mr. Jardine headed
restructuring projects as an expatriate at the Mexico Business Unit of Sanofi
Winthrop Pharmaceuticals (Formally Sterling Winthrop). He held various positions
in the area of finance and operations during the five yeas with Sanofi. He is a
graduate of Sterling Winthrop's Financial Management Training Program, where he
received the Merit Award for Outstanding Performance.
Mr. Jardine earned a Masters of Management in
Marketing, Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School
of Management. He was the recipient of Kellogg's Outstanding Student in
Entrepreneurship award for his graduating class. While at Kellogg he was the
President of the Black Management Association. He earned a Bachelor of Business
Administration in Finance and Quantitative Analysis from Bernard M. Baruch
College.
