David Richardson
Executive Director/Founder

David Richardson is one of the original founders of National Sales Network. He holds the distinction of being the first Chapter President for the first NSN Chapter started in Newark, New Jersey in June 1992. Immediately following the first NSN conference conducted in September of 1996, David created the National Office of NSN to serve the needs of the expanding organization. In addition, David has held the positions of National President, National Chairman of the Board and Executive Director.

John Erby
Vice President of Operations

John Erby is an 11 year NSN veteran joining the Chicago Chapter in February 1995. As VP of Operations, John is responsible for the East Coast Chapters operations. He is also a member of our National Board of Directors and Chicago Chapter Board of Directors. Previous positions held: The First Finance Chair for the Chicago Chapter which started Dec 30 1994. Later that year he assumed the role of 1st Vice President. In 1999 he was elected as the Chicago Chapter President.

John Watson
Vice President of Operations

John Watson is a 12 year member of NSN. He is co-founder of the Chicago Chapter (12/30/94), the organization’s largest, where he served as its first president and continues to serve as Board Chairman. John is also a founding member of both the national board of directors and the national office, where he currently serves as VP of Operations. John was the inaugural winner of the David Richardson Organizational Commitment award at the first NSN conference in 1996.

Melissa Austin
Director of Conference

Melissa Austin joined NSN in January 2000 and has held the following positions: Atlanta Conference Co-Chair (2000), Atlanta Corresponding Secretary (2000), Atlanta Chapter President (2000-2002), National Board Member (2002-2004) and National Conference Director (2001-present). Melissa has 20+ years of sales experience. She currently owns and operates MGA Financial Group, a full service financial planning firm.

Dennis Allen
Director of Membership

Dennis Allen has been a part of National Sales Network for 10 years which began by joining the Chicago Chapter and has held the positions of Treasurer and Finance Chairman. As one of the NSN national officers he currently serves as Director of Membership for the organization. Dennis has over 12 years of Technology Management and Sales experience and is currently a Sr. Engagement Manager providing financial planning and reporting solutions in the software industry.

Karen Smith
National Treasurer

Karen Smith has been a member of NSN since 1997 and held the following positions: 1997-98, 2nd Vice President, Philadelphia - 1998, Annual Conference Mistress of Ceremony. In addition to her work with NSN she has worked as a Sales Manager in the Pharmaceutical industry for the past 8 years with a total of 16 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with additional experience in managing a Cincinnati based advertising agency.

Alva Green
National Secretary

Alva Green joined National Sales Network in 2001 and is a charter member of the Dallas Chapter. She was instrumental in launching the Dallas chapter and has since held various positions in the chapter including 1st Vice President (2002- 2004) and Treasurer (2004 – present). She has served as National Secretary since 2004. Alva has over 20 years sales experience and is currently an International Worldwide Account Manager in the transportation and logistics industry.

Michael Davis
Chairman

Michael Davis is one of the original members of National Sales Network. He has served in a number of leadership roles since 1992 ranging from Membership Chair and Conference Chair, Newark Chapter; 1st VP, New York Chapter; Founder, President and Chairman, Philadelphia Chapter; National Director of Membership; VP of Operations, National Office and National President. Michael has over 15 years of sales & sales management experience and is currently a National Account Manager in the Consumer Package Goods industry.

Agnes Lightfoot

Agnes Lightfoot has been a part of National Sales Network since its inception in New Jersey. She has worked in various capacities from registrar to data base manager for the organization. She was the first National Secretary, the first NSN Meeting Planner and the first Editor of the Annual Conference Journal. Agnes is a member of the Board and periodically performs the role of Secretary for the Board. She is also a Realtor in Palm Coast, Florida, one of the fastest growing communities in the country.
